Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of lensprompts.com (“LensPrompts”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

LensPrompts offers a free library of AI image and video prompts, and paid AI image generation. Browsing and copying prompts is free and doesn’t need an account. Generating images requires an account and credits.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK), and old enough to enter a contract where you live to make purchases. You’re responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.

3. Credits

  • Generating an image costs credits. The cost of each model and resolution is shown before you generate and on the pricing page.
  • Credits are deducted when you press Generate. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred or exchanged for money, and are only usable on LensPrompts.
  • Credits don’t expire while your account is open, including after a subscription ends. Credits are forfeited if your account is closed.
  • New accounts start with no free credits.

4. Subscriptions and credit packs

  • Monthly plans renew automatically each month and add that plan’s credits at every successful payment.
  • Yearly plans renew automatically each year. All twelve months of credits are added when the yearly payment succeeds.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases with no renewal.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from Plans & billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods. We’ll tell you before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. What you may not generate

You agree not to use LensPrompts to create, upload or share content that:

  • sexualises minors in any way;
  • is sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent;
  • impersonates or deceives, such as fake images of real people presented as genuine;
  • harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people or groups;
  • infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • is otherwise illegal where you live or in the United States.

You also agree not to abuse the service — for example by automating requests, reselling access or trying to get around credit limits. The underlying AI models also apply their own safety filters and may refuse some prompts; refused generations are refunded like failed ones.

6. Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and reference images you provide. Only upload images you have the right to use. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our image generation provider, only to run the service for you.

As between you and us, you own the images you generate and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. AI output may not be protectable by copyright in every country, and similar images may be generated for other users.

7. The prompt library

You may copy and use prompt text from the library for personal and commercial work. Example images are shown for reference — please don’t republish them as a collection. Some prompts are based on work other creators shared publicly; we credit and link to them. Creators who want a credit changed or a prompt removed can email support@lensprompts.com.

8. No guarantees

AI results vary between runs and model versions, and a prompt may not reproduce its example exactly. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Models, features and prices may change, and we may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using LensPrompts and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we’ll refund any unused paid credits proportionally.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
